Reminding the contributions of other fields to the field of communication, this paper considers the body in terms of two dimensions; 1. One's communication with his own body, perception and satisfaction as regards his body; 2. Importance, meaning and use of one's body in communication. This paper places emphasis on establishing specific connections between body language and body satisfaction through the concept of recognizing the self and recognizing others, and that the most important factor that affects the language of our body which is not independent of communication is the meaning and satisfaction we attribute to our body in time.
