BUHARLAMANIN OKALİPTUS (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis Dehn.) ODUNUNUN BAZI FİZİKSEL ÖZELLİKLERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Özet

BuHARlamanın Okaliptus (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis Dehn.) Odununun  BAZI FİZİKSEL ÖZELLİKLERİ Üzerine Etkisi

ÖZET

            Bu çalışmada okaliptus(Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn.) odununun bazı fiziksel özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla Tarsus yöresinden alınan 17 adet ağaçtan yararlanılmış ve deneyler TSE standartlarına göre hazırlanmış örnekler üzerinde yapılmıştır.

Buharlanmış ve buharlanmamış okaliptus odununun fiziksel özelliklerinden; odun –su ilişkileri belirlenmiştir.  Sonuç olarak; buharlanmamış okaliptus odununda daralma yüzdeleri liflere paralel yönde  % 8 ,teğet yönde % 6.23 ,radyal yönde % 5 , hacmen daralma % 11; buharlanmış okaliptus odununda daralma yüzdeleri liflere paralel yönde  % 6.88 ,teğet yönde % 9.82 ,radyal yönde % 7.88 , hacmen ise 17.7 olarak bulunmuştur.  Buharlanmış okaliptus odununda  ortalama genişleme miktarları , liflere paralel   yönde % 8.04 , teğet yönde % 9.77 , radyal yönde % 7.42  genişleme ise % 17.13 ; buharlanmamışta ortalama genişleme miktarı , lifelere paralel yönde % 9.46 , teğet yönde 10.47 , radyal yönde % 9.16, hacmen ise %19.66 olarak gerçekleşmiştir.. Sonuçlar  buharlanmış ve buharlanmamış olarak kendi arasında , aynı ağaç türü ve benzer ağaç  türleri ve diğer çalışma sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırılmıştır.

Influence of Steaming on the Some PHYSİCAL Properties of Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis Dehn.)Wood

 

             ABSTRACT

            In this study, some physical properties of Eucalpytus (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis Dehn) wood were investigated. 17 trees used for experiments were obtained  from Tarsus region and samples were then prepared in accordance with the related standarts.

It was determined physical properties of steamed or unsteamed Eucalyptus wood. It was determined wood –water relations of steamed or unsteamed Eucalyptus wood. Result indicated that for unsteamed Eucalptus wood the shrinkage longitudial  %8, tangential % 6.23 , radial % 5, volumetrik   %11; steamed   the shrinkage longitudial  %6.88, tangential % 9.82 , radial % 7.88, volumetrik  %17.7 were obtained. For steamed   Eucalptus wood the mean values were as below swelling %8.04, tangential % 9.77 , radial % 7.42, swelling %17.13; unsteamed the mean values were as below swelling  %9.46, tangential % 10.47 , radial % 9.16, volumetrik  %19.66 were obtained.The obtained results are compared  as steamed or not steamed with the results of other studies on the same tree species wood and the other trees wood which  .
